Manufacturers Warranties

In the event of a warranty, damaged shipment or return for refund, you should first e-mail us at for complete details regarding your shipment.

Unless otherwise specified, products should NOT be sent to They should be shipped directly to the manufacturer. Each manufacturer has different requirements. Some require a “Return ID Code” will supply you with the complete information, updated address and other details to make the process a smooth one.

Sea Eagle Warranty3-Year Warranty Against Manufacturer’s Defects
If any part becomes defective, return it for repair or no charge replacement. Returns without a ‘Return Authorization Number’ (RA#) will not be accepted at the warehouse. RA# must appear on the outside of all returns or they will be refused. Return shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer. An extended warranty can be purchased to add another 3 years to your hull warranty. Guarantee begins when product is delivered. Not applicable to outboard motors or launching dollies. (NOTE: If you have a defective part, please contact for your RA# before sending the defective part back to Sea Eagle).

RE: Defective Boat Hulls: If a customer receives a defective boat, they will need to send in a digital image of the defect before a replacement will be sent. In some cases Sea Eagle may need to get the boat back before they can send a replacement if the damage is not clearly seen in the picture. Boat hulls that are replaced under the 3 year warranty are not subject to a new 3 year warranty. The 3 year warranty is good from the date of the original purchase, not the replacement purchase. Please send your digital photos of the defect directly to and we will make sure they are processed promptly.

Sea Eagle Return Policy
Sea Eagle will repair and warranty all their products, however they will not accept any merchandise, including defective merchandise for credit. will accept returns for “buyer’s remorse” reasons within 30 days following delivery to the customer, however there will be a 15% re-stocking fee which will be subtracted from your refund.

Innova Warranty – 2-Year Warranty
Innova Kayaks warrants to the original owner that this product will be free of defects in workmanship and materials under normal use for the period of 2 years from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover wear and tear due to normal use, or damage to the product as the result of improper usage, improper maintenance, neglect of care, alteration, or accident. In the event of a defect, malfunction or other failure not caused by normal wear and tear, improper usage, improper maintenance, neglect of care, alteration or accident, Innova will have the option to repair or replace the product at their discretion. Contact a customer care representatives with all the applicable information, the model type, serial number, proof of purchase, date acquired and location of dealer. You will be instructed on how to attain satisfaction under this warranty. All boats or parts returned must be preauthorized. To the extent any provision of this warranty is prohibited by a federal, state, or municipal law, which cannot be preempted, prevision shall not be applicable. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state. Innova Kayaks are not liable for any injury or damage to any person or property sustained as a result of the use of boats or products produced by Innova Kayaks. The user of any such boat or product acknowledges and assumes any and all risk related with the use of such boats and waives any and all claims against Innova Kayaks, its agents and assigns.

Innova Return Policy – Re-stocking Fees
If an Innova Kayak product is returned within the first 30 days following delivery for any reason other than warranty or repair, a 15% re-stocking fee will be subtracted from your product refund.
