The Sea Eagle 285fpb combines the convenient features of one man pontoon boats with the ease of assembly of lightweight inflatable fishing boats. This innovative design results in a rugged, lightweight, super portable weapon that you can use to catch fish almost anywhere. This ultra-portable boat weighs just 42 lbs., packs in a small bag and can be rowed forward or backwards.

Most one-person pontoon boats have metal frames that add weight and, depending on the type of metal, are subject to rust if you don't keep them dry in storage. Standing up in a traditionally designed inflatable pontoon boat is usually not possible or recommended. Sea Eagle's 285fbp eliminates the metal frame and gives you a flat surface to stand on (with the floorboards in the "Pro" package).

The 285fpb can be used on remote ponds, small or large lakes, wilderness rivers, inland bays or saltwater flats. This one man fishing boat is practical for use in almost any kind of fishing. Setting it up for use is easy. Because there are no parts to assemble, this 9' boat sets up in approximately 4 minutes. And when you're done fishing, it deflates quickly and packs conveniently in an area as small as your car trunk.

The Sea Eagle 285fpb frameless pontoon boat is made of the same material that’s on the Explorer inflatable kayaks, the PaddleSki and the FoldCats. You can hit the 1000 denier hull material with the claw end of a hammer and not put a hole in it. It’s really tough so you don't need to sweat bumping into the dock now and then.

NOTE: This is the "Deluxe Package". The “Pro Package” is most popular with fishermen since it includes a motormount that accepts an electric motor or up to 3 hp gas engine for easy motoring. Also included in the “Pro Package” is the optional swivel seat which allows the fisherman to sit even higher and turn 360 degrees and the wooden floorboard that provides the fisherman with a platform to stand up and cast. The "Pro" package also includes a Stripping Apron and a Side/Stern Bag.
