Puffins are extremely light-weight recreational folding kayaks with excellent paddling performance. The Puffin Swift is faster, sleeker and better tracking than the 12 ft model (Puffin Kayak). It shares convenience features with its 12' sibling, but additional structure has been added to increase stiffness. You'll enjoy paddling the Swift because of its speed and tracking. (For activities like fishing and bird watching, the solid stability of the beamier Puffin Sport or Puffin Kayak may be a better alternative). Puffins have been featured in Popular Science and Popular Mechanics magazines. The Puffin Swift has a yellow deck with black trim. Side colors are available in your choice of red, green, or blue. Hull shape is symmetrical, the bottom has a shallow vee shape, and the sides have some tumblehome. Unloaded shape is slightly rockered. More or less rocker is possible depending on load distribution. All models are delivered with seats, duffel bag, repair kit, pump, and instruction manual.

(NOTE: Blue and Red Hulls are Sold Out.) Only a few Green Hulls are still available.

The Puffin Swift includes a deck. Only available in yellow.
