International Shipping: Sea Eagle, Innova and, in some cases, PakBoats products can be shipped directly from the manufacturers warehouse to foreign addresses. In most cases it is more economical for the manufacturer to drop ship directly to our customers. Customers have the option of obtaining a shipping quote by e-mailing us at info@portablekayaks.com or choosing to use the Bongo International program which provides you with your own Bongo shipping address. Almost all Portable Kayaks products can be delivered to international addresses through Bongo International. (NOTE: Creek Company or Classic Accessories products must be shipped through Bongo, since they do not offer an international drop shipping option to our customers.)

International Fees: Import taxes and duties are almost always charged by the country where the shipment is received. In a minimal number of cases we can include the import fees in the quote. Otherwise you will have to check locally to find out what they might be for your area. If our quote includes import fees, you have the option of paying them with the transaction or paying them on your own when you receive the order. The amount of the fees may vary depending on how you choose to pay them.

International Payments: For all orders outside of the US, we only accept payment via PayPal. Our credit card processor is not set up to accept foreign credit cards. Once you have contacted us and we have determined the exact cost of products and shipping, we will e-mail you a PayPal invoice which includes directions for executing the payment. If you do not have a PayPal account, don't be concerned, it's very easy (and free) to set up an account, which can be funded directly from your credit card.

We have partnered with Bongo International Parcel and Mail Forwarding to service our international customers.

Bongo International provides its customers with their very own US address (not a P.O. Box). Once you have a US address, you will be able to make purchases with us as well as other US based online retailers. Bongo receives your purchases and logs them into their online system where you can consolidate them with other orders.

• 7. Choose your domestic shipping method, and Place Order.
• 8. Once completed, finish your verification process with Bongo.
• 9. Bongo will take over from here, so communicate directly with them for delivery of your order.
